You can find us at No- 75 on 9th Cross in Sir. M.V. Nagar. It’s part of the Ramurthynagar area in Bangalore, postcode 560016. The street is usually quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on recruiting tasks. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto the 9th cross. Inside, it’s just a standard office setup. We have a few rooms where we conduct interviews and talk to people about their careers. There’s a small area where visitors can sit and wait. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the neighbors pretty well. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we often go during our breaks. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't use any fancy software to manage our day; mostly just spreadsheets and lists that we keep on our desks. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in Bangalore. We just wait it out and get back to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign on the street. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way because it makes everything much easier.
