Recruise India Consulting

We started Recruise India Consulting here in Kasturi Nagar because it felt right for what we wanted to do. Being on the first floor at Gandhi Bazar means there is always something happening downstairs. We spend a lot of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. It’s not always easy work, and some days are definitely longer than others. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get things done. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of tea to keep us going throughout the day. People drop by sometimes to talk about their jobs, and we try to help out as much as we can. Being at 216 Kasturi Nagar gives us a good spot to reach out to different parts of the city. We don’t really have a big corporate story to tell. We just show up every morning, check our emails, and start the process of matching people with companies. It’s just us doing our thing and trying to keep things moving. The neighborhood is okay, a bit busy with the bazar nearby, but we like it. We have been here for a while now and have gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the street. It feels like a real place to work without all the unnecessary bells and whistles you see in big offices elsewhere. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
