Recrtuitment Company

We go by the name Recrtuitment Company. We’re located in the 560 070 area of Bangalore. It's a quieter part of the city compared to the center, which suits us just fine. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly just connecting people with work. It started out small and stayed that way, which is how we like it. There’s no big lobby or receptionist here. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door or the phone. We don't use any of those big corporate slogans because they don't really mean much to us. We just focus on the basics of getting people into jobs. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes slow, but we deal with it. The neighborhood around here has a lot of trees and it’s mostly residential. We feel more like a local shop than an office. We have our files and our computers, and that’s about it. People come by, we have a chat, and we see if there’s anything we can do for them. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to do our job well enough that people keep coming back. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. That’s pretty much the reality of our office life every day. We aren't fancy, just hard workers.
