We’ve been based here in Bangalore for a good while now, just doing our thing as Reach Management Consultants. It isn't anything fancy, just a group of us working out of our office in the city. Most days we are busy with paperwork or on the phone, trying to sort out whatever management issues come our way. Bangalore has changed quite a bit since we started, with more buildings and a lot more cars on the road, but we’re still right here. We don’t spend much time on flashy stuff. We just focus on the tasks at hand and getting things done for the people who walk through our door. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and folders, but that’s just part of how we work. We know the local area well and have seen businesses come and go. It’s a steady kind of life, really. We take our lunch breaks when we can, maybe find a spot nearby for a quick bite before getting back to the spreadsheets. There is always something that needs fixing or a client who needs a bit of guidance on how to run things better. We don’t make big promises, we just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s been a long journey, and we are just glad to be a small part of the business community here in Karnataka.
