Reaa Hyper Market Pvt Ltd is located at 39/3 and 44 on Bannerghatta Main Road, near Bhavani Nagar and Sadduguntepalya. It is a busy stretch of road, and there is always something going on outside. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just local people working here. The space is larger than your average corner shop, so we have a lot more ground to cover every day. We spend hours walking back and forth, restocking the aisles and helping people find where the oil or the flour is kept. The traffic on Bannerghatta Road can be a nightmare, so our deliveries are often stuck in jams for hours. It makes for some stressful afternoons. We have several staff members, and we all just try to get through the day's tasks. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief. We do not have any fancy mission statements. We just open up, make sure the floors are swept, and wait for the shoppers. It is a lot of heavy lifting and standing, but that is the nature of the work. You get all sorts of people coming in from the nearby apartments and offices. It is a mix of everyone. We just keep the shelves organized as best as we can and try to keep the lines moving at the billing counters.
