Rathnams Paying Guest House is tucked away at 109 Malleswaram West. We are part of the Rathnam Complex, which sits near Mahavir Chawl on GK Marg. Malleswaram is an old part of the city, and things move a bit differently here. The streets are narrow and there’s always someone selling vegetables or flowers on the corner. Our guest house isn't a luxury hotel. It’s more of a practical place for people who need a room without spending a fortune. The Rathnam Complex has been around for a long time, and it shows its age in some spots. We have people staying here who work in the local shops or attend the nearby colleges. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is coming back in the evening, but that’s the nature of a PG. Being near Mahavir Chawl means there’s always a lot of activity on GK Marg. We don't have a lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a hallway, some rooms, and a place to eat. We try to keep the fans working and the water running, which is what most folks care about anyway. Malleswaram West is a great area if you like old temples and traditional food. We’ve been at 109 for years and don't plan on going anywhere. It’s a simple life running a guest house in this neighborhood, and we just take each day as it comes.
