Rathna Mahal

You can find Rathna Mahal at 504 Avenue Road. It’s a well-known street and there is always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been operating from this building for years. It’s an old place with a bit of character. We don't have fancy modern decor or bright neon signs. It’s more about the items we sell and the people we talk to every day. Avenue Road is usually very busy, so it can be a bit of a trek to get here sometimes with all the traffic. We spend our days helping people who walk in looking for something particular. We don't have a huge marketing budget or a team of experts telling us what to do. It’s just a local business run by people who live nearby. We know the area well and have seen it change. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when there are more than a few customers, but we make it work. We have shelves and counters that have been here as long as I can remember. We don't feel the need to change everything just to look trendy. We just want to provide what our customers are looking for without a lot of fuss. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it has worked for us so far. We open up in the morning and stay until the street starts to quiet down in the evening. We just do our thing and focus on the day.
