Rasters Media

We are based out of Bangalore. It is pretty busy here most days. Rasters Media is just a small group of us working on various projects. We spend a lot of time at our desks. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we have to go out to get some. The city is getting crowded so getting to work takes a while. We started this because we knew a bit about media and wanted to do something for ourselves. It’s not always easy but we keep at it. Some days are slow and others we are running around. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It's just a regular space with some computers and chairs. We try to keep things simple here. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for a long time. We know the shortcuts and the good places to eat lunch. Rasters Media isn't some big corporation. We are just people trying to do a decent job. We talk to each other a lot and figure things out as they come up. There isn't much of a hierarchy. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and gets it done. We’ve had some long nights when deadlines are close. It’s part of the job. We like the work we do. Bangalore is a good place to be if you’re in this line of work. There are always things happening. We just take it one day at a time and see what happens next. It is just life here.
