Rashavi Consultants

Rashavi Consultants is based out of Kammanahalli, specifically at 2295 on the 3rd Cross of 3rd Main. We’re on Ganesh Temple Street, and if you can’t find the building, just look for Hotel Sukhsagar; we’re quite near there. The office is a small setup. It’s basically just a couple of rooms where we handle our consulting work. It’s not a place with a glass elevator or a lobby. It’s more like a home that turned into an office over time. We have a lot of files and books everywhere. Most of our day is spent meeting people or going through documents. The temple nearby means there’s often music or bells ringing, which is a nice background sound most of the time. We aren't some big global firm with thousands of employees. It’s just us here, trying to give people decent advice and help them out with their problems. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it means the dust from the road comes in too. People stop by for meetings, and we usually offer them some water or tea from the kitchen. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do take the work seriously. We don’t use a lot of buzzwords. We just try to explain things clearly so everyone understands what’s going on. It’s a pretty simple way to run a business in this part of town.
