Ramya

Over at 32 ISRO Layout, right by the canal, is where I stay and work. My name is Ramya and this is where I do my work. Karve Nagar is a quiet enough area, at least compared to the main city center. Being near the canal means there’s a bit of a breeze sometimes, though the water isn't always the cleanest. ISRO Layout has a lot of people who have been here for decades. It feels like a proper neighborhood where people actually know their neighbors' names. My place at number 32 is just a regular building. I haven't done much to the outside of it because I don't see the point in spending money on things that don't matter. Inside, it’s just a workspace. It’s functional and has everything I need. People usually find me through word of mouth rather than big signs. Canal Road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s a good route for getting across Karve Nagar quickly. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know the shortcuts and the local shops. It’s not a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just me, Ramya, taking care of things from my home base. I like the pace of life here. It’s steady and predictable. If you’re ever near the canal in ISRO Layout, you’ll probably pass right by my door and see me working away inside during the day.
