If you head out toward Magadi and find Kodigehalli Village, you’ll find us at No. 140 and 141. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, and the roads out here can be quite bumpy and dusty depending on the season. We’ve got two plots right next to each other where we do all our metal work. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of cutting and grinding going on for most of the day. We don't have an air-conditioned office or anything like that; we just have a small space with a table where we can sit and talk to the suppliers or the drivers. The workers are mostly guys from the nearby villages who have been doing this kind of thing for a long time. We mostly deal with raw metal parts and industrial pieces that people need for building things. There’s always a lot of iron dust around, so we’re constantly sweeping the place out, though it never stays clean for long. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy reports. We just look at the orders, cut the metal to the right size, and load it onto the trucks. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot in the afternoons, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time now and don't plan on moving. It's just simple industrial work.
