Rama Iron N Steels

We run Rama Iron N Steels from our yard at 48/3 in the Hosur Layout area of Fatima Nagar. Being so close to the TVS Factory means there’s a lot of industrial energy around us all the time. You can usually hear the trucks and the general hum of production nearby. Our place is mostly about stacks of metal and the smell of iron. It’s a heavy business, literally. We spend most of our time loading and unloading stuff, checking the weight of the steel, and making sure the inventory matches what we have on paper. It’s a bit of a gritty job, and we usually end the day with some grease or rust on our hands, but that’s just how it goes in this trade. The office part is small and mostly just for keeping the ledgers and doing the billing. We don't have a lot of decorations or anything. It's just a functional space near the factory. People from the layout come by often, and we know many of the drivers who pass through this part of Fatima Nagar. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It's about moving metal from one place to another and making sure the quality is what it should be. The weather affects us quite a bit; when it rains, we have to be quick with the covers. It's a simple, hard-working life here at the yard.
