Ram Computers

We've been at this spot in Vijayanagar for a while now. 24/2, 4th 'A' Cross, right near Pipe Line Road and Kuvempu Circle. It's a busy corner of the neighborhood. Mostly, people just drop in when their laptop screens go black or the keyboard stops working. Ram Computers isn't a fancy showroom or anything. It's just a small shop where we keep tools and spare parts scattered around. My cousin helped me set up the shelves back when we started. We see a lot of students from around here because their machines always seem to have something wrong with them. Sometimes it’s a virus, other times they spilled coffee on the keys. We just sit here and fix things. Usually, we're open till late evening unless something comes up. If you're walking toward Pipe Line Road, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s nothing special, but it lets people know where we are. We try to get things done fairly fast, but it depends on how many broken PCs are sitting on the bench that day. Some days are quiet, and we just clean the fans and organize cables. Other days, it’s a mess of wires everywhere. That's just how it goes with computers. We know the regulars by name now. They stop by even if they don't need a repair, just to say hello or ask about a new part. It’s a good spot to be in, right here in the heart of Vijayanagar. We like it here.
