Rakshith Tele Communication

Our shop, Rakshith Tele Communication, is located at 122/6 near the Moodalpalya Circle in Nagarbhavi. Being right by the circle means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere. We mainly help people with their mobile connections, recharges, and small phone accessories. It is a very small space, so we have to be smart about how we stack our stock. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who have issues with their SIM cards or data plans. We aren't experts in everything, but we know how the local systems work and we help where we can. Sometimes the network providers have issues and we have to explain to frustrated customers that it isn't something we can fix from here. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the public all day. We also sell things like chargers, earphones, and phone covers. We don't have a fancy website or any marketing materials. People just see our sign when they are stuck in traffic at the circle and stop by. We have been here for a good while and we know many of the regular commuters. It’s a busy, cramped way to work, but we are used to the pace of the circle. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to walk in. It is a very basic, practical local business.
