Rajaram Steel Centre

Rajaram Steel Centre is tucked away at No 3/5 on Mastan Saheb Lane. We are pretty close to the SLV Hotel Rajathu Mohar in the Ganigarpet area. It’s an old part of the city, and the lanes can be quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache. Our shop is mostly filled with steel rods and plates, which makes the air smell like cold metal. It’s not a very big space, so we have to stack things carefully to make room for everyone to move. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the noise from the hotel nearby anymore. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We don't have a website or any of that stuff; we just talk to people face-to-face. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy on the desk, but we eventually find what we’re looking for. It’s a busy little corner of Ganigarpet, and we like the energy of the market around us. People come in looking for specific sizes of steel, and we do our best to find what they need in our piles. It’s a simple life running a steel shop in this neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily tasks that come our way.
