Raj Telecom Service

Raj Telecom Service is located right at Samrala chowk 22 in Thavarakere. If you know the chowk, you know it’s a busy intersection with lots of noise and people moving about. We’ve been here at number 22 for a long time. The shop is usually full of the sound of the street outside. We deal with all the usual telecom stuff, like fixing handsets and sorting out network issues for people. It’s a lot of small, fiddly work that requires a bit of patience. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with tools and pieces of phones everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a local spot where people come to chat as much as they do to get their phones fixed. We keep a few chairs out for people to sit while they wait. The sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, so it gets pretty warm inside. We just keep the door open and keep at it. It’s a decent way to spend the day, meeting different people and helping them stay connected. We’ve seen a lot of phones come and go over the years at this spot on the chowk. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a place that does its job day after day and stays open until the evening rush ends.
