Rahul Paying Guest

Rahul runs this PG house over in JP Nagar. The address is 730 Hidayath Nagar Road, in the K G Halli area. We are right behind Oxford College Park. It’s a good location for students because they can just walk to the park or the college. The house has several rooms. It’s a bit of an older building, but we try to keep it decent. We have some beds and cupboards for the guys who stay here. It’s usually pretty quiet during the day when everyone is out at class or work. In the evening, it gets a bit lively. People are talking, maybe some music is playing quietly. We have a shared dining area where everyone eats. The food is just basic home style, nothing fancy. I’m the one who looks after the place. I make sure the water is running and the trash is taken out. Sometimes we have issues with the plumbing, but I get it fixed as soon as I can. It’s a simple living arrangement. We don't have air conditioning or anything like that, just fans. But it’s affordable and the location is convenient. Many of our guests stay for a year or more. We just want to provide a place that feels okay to come back to at night. It’s a busy neighborhood but our street is alright. The area behind Oxford College Park is actually quite nice for a walk in the morning.
