Raghavendra Stores

Raghavendra Stores is located at No.1 in the Vyasaraj Mutt Building. We are right in Basavanagudi, Bangalore, directly opposite the Government Tin School. Having a school across the street means our days are marked by the sound of bells and children playing during their breaks. The 560004 area is a very traditional part of Bangalore, and the Vyasaraj Mutt Building has been a fixture here for a long time. Our shop is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop in as they pass by. It’s a small, functional space where we keep our inventory. We spend most of our time organizing the shelves and making sure the storefront looks decent. The light in the shop is a bit dim, but we know the placement of every item by heart. We don't use any fancy technology, just a simple notebook for our daily records and a calculator. The school provides a lot of life to the street, and we are used to the noise that comes with it. We open up early to get things ready before the students arrive and stay until the evening when the street lamps come on. It is a very basic operation, just a shop in an old building where we do our daily work and watch the neighborhood change.
