Radio Active

Radio Active is located in Muneshwara Block, right in the Mahalakshmi Layout of Bangalore. It’s a nice part of town, 560086. We’ve been here for a bit, and most of the people in the neighborhood know the name. We aren't a giant media corporation with glass walls and expensive rugs. Our office is more of a local spot where people come and go. It’s a bit cluttered with equipment and papers, but we know where everything is. The vibe here is pretty relaxed most of the time. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every morning. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we go ahead and do it. Sometimes we have tea together and just chat about the day. Being in Mahalakshmi Layout means we get a lot of local character around the office. We don’t have a philosophy or vision statement pinned to the wall. We just care about making sure things sound right and the work is solid. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in on everything. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a project is due, we all stay until it’s finished. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We like the independence of being a smaller outfit. It feels more personal that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words; we just like what we do.
