Deutsch India is located within the Bit-Tul Private Limited premises at Shree Saila in Doddakalsandra. We are right on Kanakapura Road, which is in the south part of Bangalore. It’s quite a way from the city center, but it’s a bit more peaceful out here with more trees around. The building is a solid, older structure. Inside, our workspace is very basic. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of technical equipment scattered around. It’s not a place designed to impress visitors with fancy decor or glass partitions. We just have what we need to get the work done. The commute can be a bit of a pain because of the metro work and the traffic on Kanakapura Road, so we usually have a flexible start time to avoid the worst of it. We handle a variety of tasks here, mostly involving technical coordination and some administrative work. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air, though we have to watch out for the monkeys that live in the nearby trees. We don’t have any big mission statements or marketing teams. It’s just a group of us working through our daily list. We have a small pantry where we make tea and heat up our lunch. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We’ve been at this Doddakalsandra address for a while and it suits the kind of work we do without any unnecessary fuss or polished corporate branding.
