At Bhaskar C R, we’ve been operating out of 35 Chamrajpet for a good while now. Chamrajpet is one of those older parts of the city that has a lot of character. You can see the history in the buildings and the trees. Our place is at number 35. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big reception desk or any of those modern office frills. It’s just a house-turned-office where we do our daily work. The street is usually lined with scooters and people walking to the local shops. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the newer developments, which we appreciate. The rooms are a bit small, and the floors might creak a little, but it has a warmth to it. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. Most people just know we are here. Working in Chamrajpet feels like being part of a community. You get to know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea around the corner. We keep a regular schedule, coming in early and staying until the work is finished. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We handle everything right from this desk at number 35. No corporate policies or complicated systems. We just talk to people and get the job done. It’s been that way for years and we don’t see any reason to change things. It’s just how we do business.
