Radice Ispat (India) Ltd.

Our company is based out in Peenya, specifically in the Maneshwara Industrial Estae along Tumkur Road. It’s a loud area because there are so many factories around here. We deal with ispat and it is a very hands-on kind of job. The warehouse floor is usually covered in some dust and there are pieces of metal everywhere. It’s not the cleanest place, but we are working hard all day. We have our office in a corner of the building where it’s a bit quieter. Most of our staff have been here for years and we all know how the machines sound when they are running right. Tumkur Road is always packed with trucks, so getting our materials in and out can take a long time. We start our shift early in the morning when it is still a bit cool. By noon, it gets quite hot under the metal roof. We don't have fancy furniture or anything. Just some sturdy tables and chairs. We drink a lot of water and try to keep things moving. There is no big sign outside, just our name on the gate. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the work is getting done. It is just a regular industrial setup with people who know their trade. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily production tasks for Radice Ispat (India) Ltd. It's a lot of manual labor and constant noise, but we are used to it.
