We are located over at 74/D in Electronic City. Radel Advanced Technology Pvt Ltd is where we spend our days working on different tech projects. It’s a bit of a drive for some of us, but this area is where all the action is for electronics. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with a lot of benches, soldering irons, and testing equipment. We deal with things that most people don't really see inside their devices. It’s quiet work, lots of looking at circuit boards and trying to figure out why something isn't behaving. We have a small group here, mostly engineers who have been with us for a long time. We don't really do the big corporate meetings; we just talk over our desks about what needs fixing next. The coffee machine breaks more often than we’d like, which is funny considering what we do for a living. Some days are slow when we’re waiting for parts to arrive, and other days we’re all rushing to finish a prototype. The traffic in Electronic City is pretty bad in the evenings, so we often stay a bit later to let it clear out. It’s just a place where people who like building things come to work. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we just keep moving along with the changes in technology as they come. It’s simple enough for us to stay focused here.
