R2 International Consulting India is on the third floor of the Crescent Cedar building. We are located on Ashoka Road in St. Thomas Town, Bangalore. It’s a nice enough area but the parking is always a bit of a challenge. Our office is tucked away at the top, so we get a bit of a view of the trees. We do consulting work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on calls and looking at spreadsheets. It is a small team here in India. We don’t have those huge open-plan offices you see on TV. It’s more of a practical space with a lot of filing cabinets and a very old water cooler. The walk up to the third floor keeps us somewhat fit. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too terrible compared to the rest of Bangalore. We just handle the business side of things for people who need help with international stuff. It’s mostly just reading through documents and making sure everything lines up. We don't have a lot of visitors, so it's usually pretty quiet except for the sound of typing. We keep things simple and don't try to look like something we're not. It’s just a group of people working together in a regular office on Ashoka Road. We like the neighborhood and the people we deal with daily.
