R S Mobile City

You can find us over in Nagarbhavi, specifically in C Wing at unit 24. We've been running R S Mobile City for some time now. It’s mostly about phones here—selling them, fixing them, and finding the right accessories. The shop is small and can get a bit crowded when a few people come in at once. We handle all sorts of repairs, from cracked screens to batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. People in the neighborhood know us, so they stop by just to ask a quick question or get a screen protector put on. It's not a big corporate store, just a regular place where we try to fix what’s broken. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, but we tell people that straight up. We don't like overcomplicating things. If a phone is too old to fix, we'll just say so. It’s better to be honest about it. The mall or the building we're in has a lot of foot traffic, so we see many different faces every day. We keep the shelves stocked with cases and chargers because everyone seems to lose those. It's just me and a couple of others working here. We try to keep the place organized, though with all the tiny screws and tools, it gets tricky. It’s a decent living and we enjoy talking to the locals. Most days are long but they pass by pretty fast when there is work to be done.
