You can find us over at Jolly Plaza Athwa Gate 35 in Jp Nagar. It’s a busy building and we’re right in the middle of it. R L Event Planners Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. Most of the time we’re out on sites or running around getting things ready for whatever event is next. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see a lot of folders and half-finished plans on the tables. We handle different kinds of gatherings, nothing too specific, just whatever people need help organizing. It gets pretty hectic around here when a big date is coming up. We aren't the type of place with a big shiny lobby or coffee machines. It's more of a workspace where we get on the phone and make sure the chairs and lights show up where they’re supposed to. Jp Nagar is a good location for us because it's central to where a lot of things happen. Sometimes we're working late into the night just to make sure the details are right. It’s not always pretty, and there's usually a lot of cold coffee involved. We just like getting things done so the person hosting the party doesn't have to worry. It’s a small team here at Athwa Gate 35, and we’ve been working together long enough to know how to handle the last-minute problems that always pop up. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
