R D M Star Fabricators

R D M Star Fabricators is a local shop based at 102 Bommanahalli. We handle a lot of metalwork and fabrication projects right here in this space. It’s a gritty environment with sparks flying and the smell of welding most of the time. We don't have a fancy showroom or a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you'll just find one of us covered in shop dust working on a piece of steel or fixing a machine. Bommanahalli is a good spot for us because there are always supplies nearby and it’s easy for trucks to get in and out when they need to drop off materials. The shop is number 102 and it's pretty much all work space from front to back. We started this because we liked working with our hands and building things that last. It’s physical work and it can be tiring, especially when the weather is hot, but we like the finished products. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing fancy designs; we mostly just get the measurements right and start cutting. People in the neighborhood know us as the place where there's always some hammering or grinding going on. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do and we’ve been doing it at this location for a good while now without much changing in our daily routine. We just keep the doors open and get through the pile of work we have each week.
