R C Steel Trade

R C Steel Trade is situated at 265 Peenya Kakade Park. Being in Peenya means we are right in the middle of a very industrial area. There is always the sound of heavy machinery and the clanging of metal nearby. Our yard is filled with steel rods and plates, and it is usually quite dusty because of the trucks coming in and out. The office is just a small cabin at the edge of the property where we keep the weighbridge records and the delivery notes. It is not the kind of place where you would want to wear your best clothes because of the grease and the iron filings. We spend most of the day coordinating with drivers and making sure the loads are tied down properly. The sun can be quite harsh out here in the open yard at Kakade Park, so we mostly stay under the tin roof when we can. It is a gritty environment and the work is physically demanding. We do not have a website or any fancy brochures. People mostly know us because they see our sign when they drive through the industrial estate. We deal with a lot of different people, from truck drivers to warehouse managers. It is a loud and busy atmosphere, but we are used to it. We just focus on the movement of the steel and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the ground.
