You can find us at 277/1, near the Someshwara area in Karnataka. We are R & M Manpower Pvt Ltd. Our office is a simple one, right on the ground level. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need an extra hand. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We aren't some big international corporation with a thousand rules. It’s just a few of us here trying to make things work. The Someshwara area is pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. Sometimes people just stop by to ask if we have anything available right then. We try to be helpful. It’s not always easy because the job market changes so fast. Our office isn't decorated with anything fancy. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't have a big promotional speech. We just do the work of connecting people with jobs. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project starting up and we need to get everyone sorted. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are depending on us. We just take it one day at a time and try to do right by the people who walk through our door.
