You can find us at Shivkrupa Nilaya, which is our building here in Bangalore. It is located at 612/2 on the 3rd Cross in B. Channasandra. The Banaswadi Post office is the main landmark for most people trying to find us. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like you are walking into a cold business building. We have been operating from this spot for a while. Dealing with manpower and recruitment means there are always people coming in and out of the door. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded, and we have to bring in extra chairs. Our team is small, mostly locals who live nearby and don't have to commute too far. We appreciate the shorter travel time given how the traffic is these days. The office inside is a bit cramped because we have so many filing cabinets. We should probably go digital, but having the physical papers feels more reliable to us. There is a small tea shop just down the road where we go when we need a break from the phones. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign on the street. We just try to keep things moving and help people find the jobs they are looking for. It's a lot of work, but we like the pace and the people we meet.
