Quality Recruits

You can find Quality Recruits over in Malleshwaram, specifically at Sector 45C, 100/B 1. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here for a long time. The office is a busy place, mostly because we are always on the phone or interviewing someone. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of resumes on almost every flat surface and the printer is usually running. Malleshwaram is a vibrant area, and being in Sector 45C means we get a lot of people walking by. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny brand. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s basic, but it’s important to the folks who come in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we manage to keep it organized in our own way. We have a few old chairs for people to sit in while they wait, and the fan overhead wobbles a bit if you turn it on high. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people in our community. Most of our clients come from word of mouth, which we prefer anyway. It feels more honest that way. So, if you’re near 100/B 1 and see our sign, that’s just us doing what we do every day. No frills, just recruiting. Maybe we aren't the most high-tech place, but we get people hired.
