Quality Plus

Quality Plus is situated on Hosur Layout Main Road 16/2. It’s right near that big intersection where the traffic always gets stuck in the evenings. We spend a lot of our time just managing the daily flow of work that comes through the door. The shop isn't very large so things tend to pile up near the entrance if we aren't careful. We’ve got a couple of wooden desks and some metal racks for all our supplies. Most of the staff has been working together for years so we don't need to say much to get things done. We know the rhythm of the place. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out while sitting on the steps outside. It isn't a high-tech operation with fancy software or anything. We mostly use paper notebooks to keep track of what needs to happen next. It might seem a bit old fashioned to some people but it works for us. We get a lot of noise from the main road which can be distracting during meetings but you get used to the honking after a week or two. We just try to be honest about what we can do and when we can finish it. It's a basic way of working but it keeps the lights on. We don't have any big corporate goals, just getting through the week’s list is enough for us.
