Qualitech Precision Industries is over at 473 in the Peenya Industrial Area. We are specifically in Phase IV, down on the 13th Cross. It’s definitely an industrial vibe around here with all the other units and trucks moving in and out. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for the Canara Bank, as we are right behind it. Being in Peenya means there is always a lot of noise and activity, but that is just part of the job. Our facility at number 473 is where everything happens. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for show. We don’t have a fancy front office or anything like that. The floors are concrete and the walls are just walls. We’ve been in this 13th Cross spot for a good while, so we know the other business owners around the bank. It can get pretty dusty and loud during the day when everyone is running their machines. We just focus on our precision work and keep the wheels turning. It’s a hard-working part of town and we fit right in. There’s no corporate polish here, just people doing their jobs. If you’re looking for Qualitech, just head behind the bank and you’ll see our gate soon enough. It’s a busy, gritty place, but it’s where we belong. We have been here at Phase IV for years and don't plan on moving.
