Qinova Consulting Private Limited is based out in Kengeri, over at the Uniworth Tranquil Rowhouses on Doddabele Road. It is a bit far from the main city center, but we actually like the quiet out here. It’s a residential area mostly, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate park. Our office is at B6, and it’s basically a converted living space where we have set up our computers and files. Since we are a small team, we end up wearing many hats. One day we might be doing deep research, and the next we are just trying to fix the printer. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives, so we try to keep the noise down. Kengeri has changed a lot lately, and getting here through the traffic can be a real chore, but once you arrive at Doddabele Road, things calm down a bit. We started this because we knew we could help people with their business questions without all the extra fluff you get at big firms. We just sit down, look at what needs doing, and get to work. It’s pretty straightforward. We keep regular hours, and there is usually someone around if a client needs to drop off some documents. It is a simple setup, but it works for us and the people we work with every day in this corner of Bangalore.
