Our office isn't one of those big glass towers you see in the tech parks. It’s more like a converted space that fits our needs just fine. We have a few rooms where we sit and talk through things. Most of the day is spent on the phone or just looking at spreadsheets. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons, which is nice when we need to focus. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for several years. We like the local shops around here for lunch. There is a small tiffin place just around the corner that we go to almost every day. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules about how things should look. If a desk is a bit messy, that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to do the work and get home to our families. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to get things done without a lot of unnecessary meetings or fancy talk.
