Down in Kengeri Satellite Town, you will find us at 1084, 1st Main. We are right on the corner of 5th Cross. It is a bit of a trek from the center of Bangalore, but it is a lot calmer out here. Pylon Management Consulting Pvt Ltd has its space in this building. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops, so it is a pretty peaceful environment to get work done. We arrive in the morning, usually complaining about the traffic on the way in, and settle into our routine. The office layout is simple. We have a few rooms for different teams. There is no big lobby or a person at a front desk waiting to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We drink a lot of coffee while we look over our consulting projects. The 5th Cross area is quite green, which is nice when we step out for a short break. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment in terms of how we act. We just focus on the projects on our plates. There is a lot of talk about timelines and numbers throughout the day. When the day ends, we lock up and head out into the Bangalore evening. It is just a regular office doing regular work in a quiet part of the city.
