You can find us at Prestige Andree on Andree Road, right in Shantinagar. We’re directly opposite St Joseph College, so there are always students hanging around and it’s quite a lively spot. We do entertainment stuff, which basically means we spend our time coordinating performers and making sure the sound and lights are ready for shows. It’s a lot of boring paperwork and phone calls that people don't see. Our office is just a normal room where we keep our files and drink our coffee. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. We’re just a small group trying to make a living in Bangalore. We’ve had days where everything goes wrong—the mic doesn't work, the artist is late, or it starts raining during an outdoor gig. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s not always fun, and it’s definitely not a 9-to-5 job. We’re often out late at night at different venues around the city. We’ve been in Shantinagar for a while now and we know the local shops and the traffic patterns well. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just like putting on a good show and making sure everyone has what they need. It’s a practical business, and we try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we work with. Most days are just about checking off tasks and making sure we haven't forgotten anything important.
