Punith Telecom

Punith Telecom is a little place on Rajarajeshwari Nagar Cross Road 12. It’s not a big store, just a single room where we handle everything from SIM cards to phone repairs. The street outside is usually quiet, which is nice because it lets us focus on our work. We’ve got a couple of glass counters that have seen better days, showing some scratches from years of use. There is a small fan on the ceiling that squeaks a bit when it's on high speed, but it keeps us cool enough. Most of our customers are people who live just a few blocks away. They come in to pay their bills or ask about a new plan. We don’t have a lot of fancy signs or flashing lights out front. It’s just the name on the board above the door. Inside, it’s mostly us sitting behind the counter and working through the daily tasks. Sometimes we get a shipment of new accessories and the whole place gets messy for a few hours while we sort everything out. We don’t have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, do our best with the customers, and head home in the evening. It’s a modest life, but it suits us well. We’ve built some good relationships with the neighbors over the years, and that makes the work feel worthwhile.
