PS World Events

Our office is located at No. 146 in Lakshmi Layout, right off Begur Road in G B Palaya. It’s a bit of a crowded area with a lot of houses and small shops nearby. PS World Events has been operating out of this space for some time now. We handle a lot of the stuff people need when they are putting together a function or a small gathering. It’s mostly about coordinating things like stages, lights, and maybe some sound equipment. The warehouse part of our building is usually full of crates and cables that need sorting. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is when a deadline is coming up. On the weekends, it gets really hectic because that’s when everyone wants to have their parties. You’ll see our vans loading up early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad on Begur Road. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the equipment gets to where it needs to go and that it actually works when it gets there. If you walk past our place, you might see us testing out some lights or fixing a broken chair. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of the event business. We just take it one day at a time.
