Prudential Tech Hr Management Services is located over in Hoskerehalli, specifically at House Number 1147 on the 1st Cross. It’s right in the middle of Banashankari 3rd Stage, which is a busy part of Bangalore. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people about jobs. The office is on the 2nd Main and it’s a pretty standard setup with some chairs, desks, and a lot of folders stacked up. Dealing with HR stuff means we spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails from folks looking for work. The building itself is easy to find if you know the area. It can get pretty loud outside when school lets out or during the rush hour, but we just keep the doors shut and get on with it. We handle a lot of the tech hiring side of things, so there's always someone asking about software jobs or engineering roles. It's just a regular local business trying to get things done right. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us working here every day. Sometimes we grab coffee from the place down the street when the morning gets slow. It’s a lot of matching people to what they’re good at, which takes some time. We’ve been at this address for a bit and people in the neighborhood know where we are if they need help with staffing.
