Our place is over at O-25 in the KIADB area of Hoodi Village. It’s part of the Mahadevapura zone in Bangalore East. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know how the traffic is around the IT parks and the industrial zones. We’re right in the middle of all that. Prova Flavours India has been operating here for a while. The building is functional, designed for work rather than looking good. We have our labs and our storage areas where we spend most of our time. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a huge team. We mostly just keep our heads down and work on the different projects we have going. Sometimes the water supply is a bit flaky, or the internet goes out for an hour, but we just find other things to do. We don't have any big corporate manifestos. We just try to get the ratios right and make sure everything is labeled properly. It’s a lot of meticulous work that doesn’t always look like much from the outside. We usually eat our lunch together at a small table in the corner. It’s a simple life. We're just one of many businesses in Hoodi trying to get things right. We don't do much self-promotion. We just let the work speak for itself and try to stay out of the traffic.
