We are based in Nagendra Block, specifically at 171, 7th Main on the 2nd Cross. This is a fairly traditional residential neighborhood in Bangalore, which makes the office feel quite homely. It’s not a shiny glass building like you see in the tech parks. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our consulting practice. We have a few rooms dedicated to our work, with some basic furniture we’ve picked up over time. It’s often quiet on our street, except when the school nearby lets out or the vegetable vendors go by with their carts. We spend our days working on various consulting projects, mostly doing research and writing reports. The team is small and we don't really have a hierarchy; we just all pitch in where we are needed. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we usually take turns tidying up the place ourselves. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing business, but it suits us just fine. We don't use fancy software for everything, sometimes a pen and paper are just easier for figuring things out. People who visit us usually find the place easily enough, though parking can be a bit of a squeeze on the narrow cross roads. It is an honest, local business and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. We just do our work.
