Proserve

Proserve is over at No. 2 on Queens Road. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town is pretty central and stays busy from morning until night. We’ve been in this office for a while, and it’s a simple setup. We don't have those modern open-plan offices with bean bags or anything. It's just desks, chairs, and people working. We provide various services, and our days are usually spent on the phone or handling emails. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Queens Road, but we've gotten used to the sound of the city. The office isn't very large, so we all know what everyone else is working on. It makes it easier to get things done without a lot of meetings. We don't bother with corporate talk or trying to look like a huge firm. We're just a small team of people who know our jobs and try to stay on top of the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we always manage to sort it out. Being near the center of the city means it's easy for people to drop by, though we're usually too busy to spend much time chatting. We just focus on the practical side of the business and making sure the work is finished on time. It's a plain, honest way to run a service business and we like the pace.
