Prosearch Consultancy

You can find us at 498/7 on 21st Cross in M.G. Layout. We are right behind the Sidlingeshwara Theatre in JP Nagar 6th Phase. Being near the theatre makes it easy to give directions to people. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a long time. Prosearch Consultancy is basically a small team of us working in this office. It is not a high-rise building. It is a modest space with enough room for our files and a few chairs for visitors. We spend our days looking for people to fill specific job roles. It is a lot of searching and calling. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. Other days it's strangely quiet. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We just rely on the work we’ve done before. The neighborhood is okay, though the traffic near the theatre gets bad when a big movie comes out. We usually walk to the local stalls for coffee. The office interior is pretty simple. We have some old posters on the walls and a lot of binders. It is a practical environment. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy décor. We just want to get the hiring done for the companies that ask us. It is a regular job for us. We come in, do the work, and deal with whatever issues pop up during the day. It's just how we run things here.
