We are located over in Vijaya Bank Layout, which is just off Bannerghatta Road. Our office is in the RNS Heritage building, specifically in Flat F2. It’s a residential building, so it feels quite cozy. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get on Bannerghatta Road, especially near the 4th Cross. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on HR consulting. Basically, that means we spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at resumes. People come in for interviews all the time, and the waiting area in the flat gets a bit crowded. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the doorbell rings constantly when there's a big hiring drive going on. It’s not a corporate glass building, just a regular place where we get work done. We try to help companies find the right staff and help people find jobs that fit them. It gets a bit hectic when we have a deadline to fill a bunch of positions, but we just keep at it. We keep a pot of tea going in the kitchen area. It’s a very practical way to work. No one wears suits unless they really have to for a meeting. Mostly, we are just busy with the day-to-day grind of recruitment and matching people up.
