We are at number 8, Kalika Shree, in the Avthi Narayanappa Chamundeshwari Layout. It’s over in Vidhyaranyapura, which is a bit of a distance from the center of Bangalore. It’s a quieter part of town, which we appreciate. The office is located in a residential-looking building. We’ve been here for several years now. Professionele Consultancy India Pvt Ltd is just a small group of us working out of this space. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from our desk. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and binders, but we know where everything is. We usually have the windows open to get a breeze, though it can get dusty from the road. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our afternoon tea and snacks. Most of us take the local bus or ride scooters to get here. We aren't trying to be some big, impressive firm with fancy logos. We just do our work and talk to our clients like normal people. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We don't wear formal clothes unless there’s a specific reason. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get things done without too much fuss. We've got a water cooler that makes a loud gurgling noise, but we've all stopped noticing it by now. That's just our office.
