We’ve been here at Balaji Layout for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Chickbanaswadi. The office is at No. 25 on the 2nd Cross. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular building where we do our work. People come here for aptitude stuff. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with bikes parked everywhere, especially in the mornings. We try to keep things moving. Inside, there are desks and some old computers. It smells like coffee most days because the kettle is always on. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will help you. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local shops well. The tea stall at the corner is where we usually go for breaks. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work happening nearby, but that’s just how it is in Bangalore. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital tests. It gets busy during the exam seasons. We don't really do big ads. Most folks find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the sign. The 2nd Cross is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely. We’ve had the same furniture for years. It works fine for what we need. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound but it keeps the room cool. That’s pretty much us. We like the neighborhood even with the noise.
