Procall Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away right behind Nandini Palace in the Indira Nagar area. Specifically, you can find us at 185, 18th B Main. Indira Nagar is a really lively spot with lots of shops, but our particular street is a bit more tucked back and quiet. We spend most of our days on the phones and sitting at our desks. It’s basically a call center type of setup, though we do handle some other administrative things too. The office gets a bit loud sometimes because of everyone talking at once. We’ve got rows of headsets and computer monitors everywhere you look. It isn't the most beautiful place in the world, but it’s functional for what we do. We have a small corner for lunch where the microwave is always busy around noon. The staff is a mix of young folks starting out and some older people who have been here for years. We don't have a polished story about why we started this business. Someone rented the space, bought a bunch of desks, and started hiring. That’s about all there is to it. It’s a job like any other job. The commute can be a real pain because of the Bangalore traffic on the main road, but once we’re inside, it’s just the usual routine. We see the same faces every single day. There’s a guy who sells small snacks outside the gate sometimes. It’s just a regular workplace in a busy city.
