Prithvi Book Agency

Prithvi Book Agency is located at No. 12, Krishna Rao Road. We are right across from Vanivilas Hospital, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. City Market is also very close by, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and people rushing around. We have a post box number too, 6603, because we get a lot of mail from different places. Our shop is just a regular building filled with shelves and stacks of books. It’s not a modern place with glass walls or air conditioning that works all the time. It feels more like an old warehouse sometimes because of all the paper. We spend our days mostly organizing the stock and answering the phone. Since we are near the hospital and the market, it gets quite noisy outside with the honking and the crowds, but we just get on with our work. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three or four people are inside at once, but we manage just fine. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or by walking past while they are heading to the market. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. Krishna Rao Road has its own character, and we are just one small part of it. We keep things simple here and just focus on books.
