Priority Mobile

Priority Mobile is located over in Basaveshwara Nagar, specifically at 30/2 Gurukul Road near the Surdhara Sercul. If you know the area, the circle is a good landmark to find us. We opened this shop because phones are expensive and people need a place to get them fixed without too much fuss. It's a straightforward setup here. We spend most of our time looking at small screws and circuit boards under bright lights. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes and spare parts, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. We see all kinds of issues, from water damage to software glitches that make no sense. The traffic around the circle can be a bit much during peak hours, but once you step inside, it's just about getting the work done. We aren't a big fancy showroom, just a repair spot for the community. I’ve lived around here for a long time so I know many of the faces that walk in. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a mobile phone. We try to get things back to people as fast as we can because everyone relies on their phone for everything these days. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the Gurukul Road neighborhood. Sometimes we even help people set up their new phones if they are having trouble with the settings.
